My billing concerns are promptly researched and any questions are always answered timley and efficiently by Liz. Everything ALWAYS starts efficiently with Judy who ensures that my advanced and sometimes last minute appoinments are scheduled and secured. In addition, I LOVE the technology (e-mails and text messages) used to remind me of appointments. Dr. Monroe is ALWAYS knowledge, flexible, and adaptable when advising and guiding me through the "next steps"of my treatment. Thanks to the entire staff for making my entire experiences GREAT. Thanks for all you do. By the way, I do share the office and the doctors names with friends and co-workers.
